I think Nintendo is to be pushed, not Sega, honestly.
that is what Kamiya pointed at, Sega did not spend money on BAYO2 it was a dead project that Nintendo came in and funded not sure why anyone would expect Sega to turn around and care to spend money on a port for Wii U
we already have enough people posting that BAYO1 port will not sell on Wii U
Nintendo are the only ones that can blow money on this to please fans

PLEASE, don't feel discouraged by what you've seen - you'll find that many members on there are learning, and others willing to help with tips . There are some very impressive artists!!
I think it is part of learning how to use these tools even if you are good at drawing it takes time to learn how to use new tools
I found going from simple black and white Miiverse drawing to a full art color program to be intimidating and I am a painter with art education
