They are showing uncharted? If you knew that, then you can probably answer your question too.
Uncharted at E3, nothing at the VGX from Naughty Dog would be my guess.

Sony in general has been really quiet even though they're usually very active with this show. And i'm not even sure that Uncharted will be there since Geoff used that as an example of an expectation that people have for the show when he was on Greg Miller's IGN show.
No UC, no The Order. The only thing left is Infamous, Driveclub and a whole bunch of indies. While these are great games they are nothing new. I'm getting a bit worried that 2014 is going to be unusually thin on PlayStation exclusives.

I think Sony will reveal PS4 Crash, Demon's Souls 2, and finally re-reveal The Last Guardian. The only reason we're not hearing anything is to ensure ultimate megatonage.

I believe it was famousmortimer (possibly aonther insider) that said that Sony has another major title for 2014 that they haven't announced yet. So that could be what they show instead.

I mean it looks pretty fun but it also seems a pretty known quantity to me by now. I don't think it has the capacity to surprise much, but I could be wrong. Online only also means I have no interest in buying it. SP could definitely change that though.
But there's more 2014 exclusives we know about so far.

Indies are a good for those interested in them , but how many consoles are they going to sell off the back of them ?
The bigger worry is that Sony's games are not in a state to show to the world for whatever reason.
We know the usual cycle these things take so it does look like the exclusive list could be thin Q3/4 2014. I can live with my shitty launch titles , I'm wondering wtf I'm going to be playing next year past a new version of the yearly 3rd party offerings.

errr, Guilty Gear Xrd (the next big upcoming fighting game), Lily Bergamo (3d action game), Rime (seems to be an open world 3d game), Everquest Next (definitely NOT an indie game), and Shadow of the Beast (idk much details about that yet). Those aren't indie games. No one knows how many consoles each game will sell but they help convince people to buy the console.
Those titles + The Order, Uncharted, inFamous, MLB The Show, Driveclub seems like a great lineup. I don't know how many exclusives people are expecting for the first year. Do we need 40 before people are happy?
Here's what I learned so far regarding Q3/Q4 2014:
1. Guilty Gear Xrd- It'll will be at E3 so the console release will be some time after that.
2. Lily Bergamo- The developers said they were going to show more of the game at the next TGS.
3. The Order- We know it's releasing fall 2014.
4. Uncharted- There's a high chance it's releasing in November.
Anything else is either releasing on the first half (Driveclub, inFamous, MLB The Show, Everquest Next) or are completely unknown (Rime, Shadow of the Beast). Also, we have new 3rd party IPs and sequels to games that aren't rehashed next year. Why would you stick to the yearly games?
I'm sure quite a few people will want to keep quiet so there are actual surprises. I can't wait to see what gets shown!

I hope Sony show something...teasing U4 and showing nothing would be frankly...crap. Also with the order, we have so many words and so little actual content. Show the blooming game. Personally, I think if Sony don't show anything, I think they are failing somewhat on the big game front.

I agree. I want to buy a PS4, but not for the games that are available now. Give me something to look forward to. The Order has been shown to Game Informer months ago. Why can't we see some gameplay? Uncharted and Sony Santa Monica's new game must be in production for quite some time now. Just give me something. It's almost Christmas, Sony!

I know everybody expects more than we will actually see. But the things that are already confirmed are already enough for me to be excited. Add a litte surprises and new announcements and it will be great.
Just seeing how GAF is excited about it is nice. I just love the atmosphere in here when such events take place. Hope the server won't crash.

Shouldn't their be something about PlanetSide 2 at the awards. It has an "early 2014" release date. As a MMOFPS, the game truly brings something nextgen to the consoles, and should be Sony's answer to the TitanFall hype.
I'm expecting shitty CGI trailers for games we already know about , MS to have a blow out and Sony to show........ something (please based Yosp).
No megatons and probably less than 2 minutes of actual gameplay in the whole show.
PS2 is completely unsuited to a console. The game itself is amazing.... When your sitting in TS with 20 clan mates playing as an outfit who in turn are working together with other outfits.
Solo or in pick up squads it's a horrible experience , has a relatively steep learning curve and pretty much sucks. It's grindy as hell unless you are throwing money at it and the gun unlocks are largely side grades that are worse than the starter guns.
I've hundreds of hours( and pound) invested in the PC version , PS2 is really gonna struggle on PS4 without the small and large scale organisation that makes PS2 great.

You're in luck then, because several games will have 15 minutes gameplay demos.
this is why I don't want to watch live. plus the stream quality will probably be poor. The 'reveals' in the Xbox and PS4 live launches from gametrailers were pitiful. This might be a bit better but there will be a lot of teasers rather than trailers.
