Only in the Ultimate Edition, since that is the bonus of that edition along other things. People that pre-ordered the Digital Ultimate Edition are already playing Halo Wars 1: Definitive Edition.

Ability controls are my only issue on PC. On Xbox One, the underpowered CPU seems to cause lags whenever there is more action. At least that's what I'm assuming since RTS games are mostly very CPU intensive.

Maybe they will fix those things, though.

Yep the ability is super weird with mouse/kb and whatever acceleration thing is going on.

There's the page for the PC download (opens W10 store), says it will be available at 1 PM today, though perhaps just the download itself with the servers going live tomorrow? I've never done a W10 beta or even on XB1 so I don't really know how they handle it.
