wow, just saw this trailer. Probably the best game trailer of all time! I havent even played assassin creed 2 or brotherhood and this trailer made me buy it to play through for the story. Something about Old hero's I love.....

In the beginning when he says "I can't move" and all those symbols flashes, there's a writing that says עולם הבא

It literally means "The next world", but in religious context in Judaism it talks about the world after you die.

Not sure what it has to do with the plot, but AC is all kind of weird shit haha

If Ubi is still intent on adapting AC for film, I think CG animation is the way to go with this franchise. I'd actually be okay with that.

One of the best game trailers I've seen. Sure it doesn't show any gameplay but after the last two games, we all know exactly what to expect.

As someone who hated Assassin's creed but worshiped the last two games, I'm looking forward to seeing what it's like to play as Altair and actually enjoy it.

This is one of the most improved series I've ever played. ACII was light years ahead of the first and somehow Brotherhood was even better.

I've watched this like 10 times already. Its so good.

In terms of franchises, Halo and Assassin's Creed have always had the best pre-release trailers and commercials. The external ad firms and the internal advertising teams within Ubi/MS that manage these brands deserves a raise. They sell the vision of what you want these games to be so well. Even though the disparity between the vision sold in the trailer/commercials vs. the reality of the actual game play is misleading, I can't help but to tip my hat to the people responsible.

Desmond is in a coma and during the game you're actually walking through your mind, the animus can't start due to a firmware failure, desmond has to go through his comatose state to get out of the coma he was put in after the events of brotherhood.
