It will most likely stay there until WB has been notified which keys have been refunded. There are probably quite a lot to go through from various retailers, so it may take a while before they all get revoked.

Yeah that understandable. Once I receive my GMG refund I'll delete the install. Haven't booted it up since the first night regardless as I went to straight to PSN for a purchase.


Edit 07/01/15: Completed a new GMG service ticket and received my refund 6 hours later.
