"Low" means they're safe because I'm enjoying reading it; "Moderate" means I'm holding out for an improvement soon; "High" means I'm regularly displeased with one or more aspects of the book; and "Severe" means they're as good as dropped come the next ordering cycle.

Also, I occasionally like to pick up single issues off the rack if an story grabs my attention; for example, I've picked up the last couple of Avenging Spider-Man issues because they looked fun.
