At least it's not his birthday
Of course not, that's National Trump Day.
At least it's not his birthday
And before anyone asks, yes, it's real.
The last few presidents have done this also. Trump does the same thing and people start raging.
,Clinton: National Day of Fellowship and Hope
Bush: National Day of Prayer and Thanksgiving
Obama: National Day of Renewal and Reconciliation
Trump: National Day of Patriotic Devotion
One of these is not like the others.

This is every day for the next 4-8 years.Ok, I guess this isn't a big deal. "National Day of Patriotic Devotion" sounds weird, but the main offense was that he declared his inauguration day a holiday. If all recent presidents have done the same then this is just some weird ceremonial shit that nobody pays attention to. That's probably why there's zero coverage of this.
vomits
I fell for it. Honestly it's hard to know what is common and uncommon. People reporting every fucking thing Trump does is taking away from the actual problematic things he's doing. I'm gonna take a break from Trump threads. The last few presidents have done this also. Trump does the same thing and people start raging.
That guy needs a good punch to the head.
disturbing language aside, the idea itself is pretty normal

I can't find any before HW
and yes, I realize Trump's has an Orwellian name and a nationalist message. My only point was that it is apparently normal for Presidents to celebrate their own inauguration this way

Yeah now that I see this is a regular thing for presidents to do I regret making this thread. The name he chose is a bit weird but this is far from surreal North Korean nightmare it appears to be.
Not exactly.
January 20, 2017, as National Day of Patriotic
Devotion, in order to strengthen our bonds to each other and to
our country -- and to renew the duties of Government to the
people.
He will have a golden statue of himself erected on the white house lawn first I imagine.
Tell me what about this from the OP sounds bad?
Can't if it's already passed. Devilishly clever.I'll burn a fucking flag on that day.
The production values are phenomenal though. Heard there are some nukes in the second part, can't wait.this is hands down the worst episode of black mirror
The part sounds bad is the part you didn't bold.
