Since it went free to play. You don't get hat drops if you don't have a premium account. You buy something from the Mann Co. Store, you have a premium account. If you owned the game before the F2P update, you automatically have a premium account. If you buy a hard copy in stores, it's a premium account too.

DD got outplayed. Miggel didn't have enough good hooks and EG were able to take a tower basically whenever DD went to take a tower.

There really should be a glossary for all of the terminology and acronyms used in this game. Who wants to take on that task? It sure would be helpful for players new to this genre.
