Xseed won't touch anything Square Enix.I'll hold my breath for xseed or something like that.
No, maybe they change your perspective on things, but they didn't for me. It's just the same thing but with subtlety removed. It's not the ending, it's the events leading to it that totally change your perspective on things.
I know that but it was all poorly explained through the game
who's doing the music?
hopefully it's the same person as nier's

What the fuck?! How can good things still happen at this point of this console cycle?! Miracles do come true !!
Loved both Drakengard games and loved, loved Nier. I am honestly physched that they have brought all the core team back under one roof and get to continue again. I hope after this they can finish off Niers storyand have a happy ending!I don't like the idea of everyone becoming extinct now the gesalts are gone

It's not Drakenguard or Nier, said creative director Yoko Taro. If you're expecting that, you'll be disappointed."

Then what did he say?
Drakengard 2 intro is very memorable to me "Love me. I want you to love me."
Nier also has very cool intro quote from Kaine.
For those who are familiar with how Yoko Taro games are, those statements basically mean "this game will not be what you expect, but it will be exactly what you expect from me", since the direction in the stories have always been doing what the player does not expect, and subverting expectations in a way which enhances the experience.
He said that Drakengard 3 is not Drakengard or Nier, and that it will probably betray your expectations, but he wants fans to look forward to how their expectations can be betrayed in a good way.
The producer follows up the comment with saying that finally they can announce a new Yoko Taro game world to fans.

No, that's true, but I didn't the second time either. I thought the game was stunning first time through, and the second time I thought it was considerably worse. I only did it one more time, so I never did the delete thing, maybe that sells the whole replaying concept, but I didn't feel the need. There's not a chance in the world you were able to empathizeon your first playthrough.with the wolf tribe
It's not that it was subtle, it was plain and simple hidden.
Oh it's just that you have no heart, then! No, that's true, but I didn't the second time either.
I just felt like everything in it was just an in your face version of the last play through, it's Contact to the first playthru's 2001.Oh it's just that you have no heart, then!
Third and fourth playthroughs are really only for completionists / people who really loved the game, as they don't add much. The meat of the game is in the first two runs.
It's sad you didn't like the NG+, though; for me it's easily one of the most ingenious ideas I've seen in games storytelling.

don't toy with my heart manI wonder if Emi Evans will be back to contribute vocal work to the soundtrack? Based on the little we know about the fiction it seems that singing plays a role, and everyone concerned seemed to feel like the collaboration on Nier was a great success.
I really wonder how profitable all the audio spin-offs for Nier ended up being for SE? I can imagine that sustained success really helping to get this off the ground.
Wait what the fuck!?!Biggest shocker is that development is being handled by Access Games... makers of...
Deadly Premonition!!
Bizarre as hell, but I'm so damn happy about this
This is just too much... Oh lawd have mercy on my poor soulWait what the fuck!?!
