Really for me to come out of E3 very happy, these things would need to happen.
1.) No Mans Sky has a strong showing
2.) Rime gets a release date, or release window along with a long trailer
3.) The Last Guardian is real and is shown again. Don't need a release date yet, just want to see it again.
4.) Level 5 JRPG needs to be a legit JRPG. Not some off-shoot hokey wonderbook type thing. But they haven't disappointed during any generation for me so I have no doubt what they announce will be a big, epic, higher budget JRPG
Really thats it. NMS is my most anticipated game ever ... right there with Star Citizen. And I know I am going to love it even if it was just an " explore the universe " game. But it isn't, and will have a ton of other activities to take part in. Trading, Bounty Hunting, General Combat, Exploration, Mining, etc. etc. So really just can't wait to see more of the game. Rime is also one of my most anticipated. I really hope for a 2015 release date announcement, but it is one of those games I want done right, so if they need till 2017, whatever. Just get it right and it could be a magical experience. TLG ... yeah, we know whats up there. Earth could explode from the frequency of the chorus of cheers if this gets shown again at E3. I feel its time. Lets get this shit done! And then comes Level 5's JRPG. I have loved Dark Cloud, Rogue Galaxy, DQVIII, Ni No Kuni, etc. from the team and I would really love for them to stick to their guns and continue creating epic JRPG experiences. Even if the gaming community isn't smart enough to jump in on them and make then COD levels of profitability, games like Ni No Kuni need to continue to exist. It just needs to happen. Its such a joy to look at and play, as has most Level 5 JRPG's. Just needs to be grand and epic.
And thats that for me. There is already so much announced for the PS4, adding much more to the pile will begin to just become overload. I mean, juust know release dates for all these games at this point will be huge news for me. Flesh out the release schedule and show me when things are hitting so I can begin planning around them.
