HOW TO JOIN GAF FC ON ULTROS:

STEP #1:
Sign up and submit the 'Recruitment' form at http://neogaf.guildwork.com

STEP #2:
Submitting a Free Company Application
1. Target a member of GAF, then select View Company Profile from the subcommand menu.

As described in the original OT (under "Getting Started"), legacy characters are currently restricted to legacy worlds (servers). Even when the world transfer service becomes available, they will be unable to move to “new” servers for several months. New characters can be made on either new or legacy servers. The primary difference is that no character on new servers will be older than than the Phase 4 Beta. Measure the pros and cons of both, though minor and temporary, and make a decision for yourself.

All servers generally open up at like 2AM PDT for whatever reason.
The guys at the gate fall asleep in the middle of the night I guess.

Is it possible to create my character in another server and transfer my character there tomorrow? I sorta cant play the game now because of this.

Im liking this new update.
Oh, I finally got my 7th relic weapon. Feels good man.

So excited to do more dungeons.
Sastasha was pretty challenging for sure.

Just restarted on a new character on Ultros after drifting away from the game because of school. I hate being new and being practically bombarded with blind FC invites. Out of the many I have received only one actually sent me a tell asking if I wanted to join. Probably going to join GAF if only just to have some people to chat with. I'm rather casual tho and am not too versed in the modern MMO scene outside of my years of XI. When I played this before I sometimes got a feeling of inadequacy and being afraid to fuck up in parties. But I never did anything but tank so maybe that's why.

lol at the rogue guild being in that tiny little room. Couldn't they have made it a tad bit bigger? Seems like a fun class so far, but I imagine everyone and their mother is one right now.

Still the most beautiful game I own (PS4) and a game I sometimes like to play just to walk around in the world. Even though it is split up by areas that load-in Eorzea is one of the most organic feeling worlds I've ever visited in a game. Weather effects make my jaw drop at every turn.
