Below is the first screenshot of the next Alan Wake title, a downloadable adventure available through Xbox Live Arcade.
Developer Remedy is promising a fully standalone experience for Microsoft's digital platform. Do you like the flannel look? You can expect more details to be revealed about the new Alan Wake on December 10 at the Video Game Awards show on Spike TV, MTV2 and Spike.com at 8:00 p.m. EST.

Three promised reveals include a look at a brand new franchise from BioWare, the developer behind Mass Effect and Dragon Age. We'll also get a look at the next Alan Wake title and a full reveal of Metal Gear Solid: Rising. There's some confusion, it might be AW2 as mentioned above or Alan Wake: Night Springs which was coming to XBLA but has since fallen off the radar.
