Super Mario Galaxy. 1 and 2. Rock solid and the ice skating is gawddamn perfect. Also the split controls makes controlling Mario a dream.
Yoshi's Island.
This. I will go as far as to say that Destiny is one of the best controlling FPS games ever made.
Someone's gotta mention Half-Life 2 for the combo of fast, responsive shooting/melee animations+satisfying sound effects+elaborate physics system+degree of interaction between player and environment.
F-Zero (I'd say the SNES one is the best racer ever made)
Star trek bridge crew (i know its vr but bravo)
The implementation of motion control's in this game is not only fun but leads to some hilarious interactions with your crew members when you don't know what the fuck to do....queue crew members trying to make finger into hole motions at female bridge crew members while getting attacked by Klingons.
Cross play between ps4 and pc is a big plus....this is a good example of motion controls and good vr.
...beat me to it.Yoshi's Island.

The shit? Nioh has the most satisfying combat of any action RPG, bar none.

Absolutely adore how MGSV felt to control. Dark Souls too - both just feel 'right' to me.
Waverace!
Love the feel of Metroid Prime (especially nailed 3d jumping and feel of lock on combat)

GTA IV's vehicle physics make this a joy to play for me. Absolutely love these controls.
