So we’re coming up to the busy season for games pretty soon so I was wondering what people are planning on picking up across all platforms from now until end of the year - obviously some dates may change. Day one purchases to games you might get eventually and maybes.

I don’t have many to be honest.

All on PS4:

Day Ones

Diablo 3 standard edition- Preordered - Retail
Plants vs Zombies - Day one - Retail
Destiny standard edition - Preordered - Retail
Costume Quest 2

Eventually

Walking Dead Season Two - Depends on price / on sale
Sleeping Dogs Remaster - When price is lower

Maybes

Middle Earth Battle for Mordor
Drive Club
GTA V - Might double dip.. probably will a little after launch
Little Big Planet 3 - Played a little of first or second game seemed alright. Seems like light-hearted fun.

^ If any they will all be standard edition retail pickups aside from Walking Dead.

The Evil Within - Not one i’m planning on buying but i’ve been informed i’ll be getting a promo copy in October when it launches so i’ll probably play it or just sell it to someone.

I am probably missing some but I think I covered the majority i'm thinking of getting.

Maybe:
- Forza Horizon 2 or The Crew
- The Golf Club, or whatever that golf game is.

But there's a lot of other games that I end up buying unexpectedly... I wouldn't have told you I would buy PowerStar Golf at the beginning of 2014 or necessarily Guacamelee (GWG), but I did.

Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor is a maybe, as is MCC just because of the value and nostalgia. Other than that not much has me very interested.

For me it includes the following:

PS3:
-Persona 5: Day One (if it comes out in NA this year)
-Persona 4 Arena Ultramax: This holiday (when Chirstmas comes and I get holiday money :D)
-KH 2.5 Collection: Day One/Holiday (Finally, I will be able to play Birth By Sleep :D!)

Vita:
-Persona 4 Dancing All Night: Day One (if it comes out in NA this year)
-64GB Memory Card: Holiday (if it comes to NA this year; love to have more space for games :D)

Not really into the AAA tittles sadly :(, not to mention I don't own either a PS4 or Wii U yet (though I do plan on picking up at least the Wii U this holiday; just has a great line up of games this holiday and next year :D).

Dragon Age Inquisition and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, both for the PlayStation 4.


I may swap out CODAW for GTAV or Unity if CODAW ends up sucking, I won't be getting it on release because it comes out so close to Dragon Age. I'll likely get it in late December if it isn't shit. I'd like to get Metro Redux as well, but I don't know when I'll get that.

Well, I'm definitely getting Halo and Sunset Overdrive. I'll probably get Destiny, depending on how much content is there. Dragon Age looks great. GTA, CoD and Diablo are maybes.
