No it does certainly not. I love gcu but it doesn't have this. Unless you mean the 2x point part. But you do not get 20%off price matched stuff. Says so in the terms/rules page.

I've heard of people getting both a price match and GCU discount but it's YMMV. It hasn't ever worked for me.

I have both (was a Prime member long before they even offered discounts on games) and GCU is better simply because you accrue points (credit), resulting in a free game or severely discounted one over time.

Plus, if you live near one like I do, you can pick it up instead of waiting for the delivery.
