Well Raven is pale as hell. But yeah, Kat is definitely lighter in that pic. She's also that light on the outside of the game guide

Cause I've always thought you could do a good Gravity Rush comic by having the page needing rotating to go along with the character's own orientation.

Dude, this is creepy. Why does this artist have to explicitly draw a child put on a slightly fetishized outfit?

That was done by the designer of Kat and artist of the game, as a response to "how Kat puts that kind of weird outfit" in a cute way. It doesnt have any bad/weird intention.
