The Campaign is actually ridiculously good. Multiplayer will take time to adjust. Spartan Ops, also surprisingly good, I love the variety of locations in the first 5 missions. It will be a fun second campaign.

Nope, from my understanding all you need is disk 2 for MP.

Disk 2 is the MP assets.

You need disc 1 in the drive to play anything.

MP can be installed from either disc 2 or directly from Live.

yeah, also seemed like a lot of people were using it which indicates that those players found it useful. also, like reach, the amount of jetpackers in a match is directly proportional to how unfun said match is. if everyone rocks jetpack on any map in 4, ala uncaged, i'll cry

I don't know if this was known or not, at least I didn't know it until playing today, but your shield doesn't recharge while you have the Hardlight Shield out. The countdown to begin recharging won't star until you exit the shield.
