Hey there, I feel like this is a worthy thing of posting here, the bold bits are important details.
I understand that I'm at a certain risk by using the grey market however this isn't just another "I bought a key and it was a scam" thing, this is directly connected with how G2A has been treating me as a consumer over the past 24 hours.
TLR - I tried to pay for a game on G2A via mobile and got burned, now I'm in the middle of being messed around by G2A.
So what I'd say is if you do want to use these websites, don't use mobile payments guys.
Edit:
Edit 28/02/2015:
I've flat out been told by them that unless I do a charge back they are happy to keep part of my money unless I do the charge back.
So how is that acceptable? They are basically admitting that they will steal my money.
As shown in this screenshot.

Dying Light was on sale yesterday on their website and I thought that I would try and purchase it via mobile, there was a mess-up and it turned out that the full amount couldn't go through, I am on a pay monthly contract and I had more than enough of my daily limit for this to go through.
So I went onto their live chat and was told I would get a full refund before the game went off-sale and the first customer service rep was fantastic, helpful and friendly but I didn't get the refund so I sent a message to another customer service rep and spoke/argued/got frustrated with him over two hours for him to tell me to contact Zong and say it's ok, and that I would get a full refund whenever they got around to it.
I left it at that and went to bed, It was about 11:30 GMT by the time I finished this chat and woke up today and immediately contacted Zong (the people they have their mobile service with.) and they told me that I had to contact G2A, so I was being sent in circles by both companies.
I submitted a ticket and I never got a proper response from their "specialists" so I tried to do a live chat again and I was IP banned, using a VPN I managed to talk to someone directly again who said because of the service they use for their phones that I wouldn't be getting a full refund.
After being told multiple times that I would be refunded the full amount I've been given much, much less than I was expecting to get.
I'm about to start a charge back with my phone provider, both Zong and G2A are not helping me and seem completely happy taking my money without being helpful.

Edit:
I have a response from Zong, they appear to be helpful but seem to be leaning more towards me getting a refund that is still useable on their website.
Even then they cannot confirm that I would be getting a full refund.

I contacted my phone provider again this morning and the charges have appeared on my bill however they are unable to do a chargeback and have forwarded me to another company who deals with the legal side of these kinds of situations.
If you are having problems like this and live in the UK these are the people to contact.
Frustrated, sent angry messages to both Zong and G2A, Zong were incredibly helpful before and sent me messages up until Friday but I haven't heard since... I guess you can put that down to it being the weekend.

Latest news.
G2A seems to be ignoring both my e-mails and Zong, who they work with for mobile payments.
Although today Zong e-mailed me and they have been nice enough to give me what they call a "one time courtesy refund" which will cover all of the money I'm owed.
