I'm in Australia and I'm glad my tax goes towards helping people who need it. Health care should not be a luxury. I can't understand selfish people who are happy for others to die.

I would rather pay for a thousand obese related patients, than let one child die, because it's parents couldn't afford the cost. As a civilisation we will not be judged by the most well off, but how we treat the least.

Maybe a hundred years down the line people are going to look at the time periods their country went without universal health care with disgust.
