Ewww unreal engine
UE is a great engine. Its versatile and adaptable to many different types of games and styles. See Tekken 7, Guilty Gear Xrd, Rime, ect, ect ect.
It only depends on what the dev is going for.
Ewww unreal engine
fuckign chrhist i didn't rleaize this game was in such development hell
give it to platinum
Haha nice. But that was an Unreal 3 problem I don't know if it's been confirmed to be a UE4 problem yet.
Considering this was the number one complaint i would be amazed this is still an issue in 4
Is this really a problem with Luminous, or is it a problem with SE integrating the whole Luminous team with Tabata's team to work and optimize FFXV, thus leaving the KH3 team with no Luminous tech support?
Agreed.Probably for the best.
What rumors were those?
UE4 isn't UE3 and looks like it supports a versatile selection of styles.
Can't see this as a bad thing.
I feel like... history is repeating on multiple levels.
Do they even let Kingdom Hearts games go digital? I know BBS wasn't Vita compatible because it never got a PSN release and KH1.5 HD never got one either.

I want to say that I saw plenty in the footage of Daylight that I've seen.
Hope this means something for their PC support.
Writing custom engines per game(s) is a pretty outdated method now. It's one reason why Japan really lagged behind last gen compared to Western developers. See: the huge mess called Crystal Tools (FFXIII)

I think it's time for Square-Enix to stop with the engines.
Well.. I hope they make they most of it!
Hey, at least this should go much better than The Last Remnant!
Epic even has a Japanese office now!
If you are developing an in-house engine and can only provide support for one game. Yes, that's a huge problem. It means you're doing it wrong.
I'm sure in this case Epic will also be bending over backwards to support any needs they have because this is really big for their Japanese expansion ambitions, much like Namco.
Isn't there only that one indie horror game on PS4 using UE4? Not sure about Xbone.lmao
But with Disney coming to PC now, and Square Enix doing lots of PC work, and Unreal engine...
Maybe I'm looking too much into it. How does PS4/XB1 run UE4 games anyway?
I just wanted to believe in this engine. It looked so promising.
It's kind of weird for me to imagine the Unreal logo popping up before the title screen of a KH game.
But whatever gets development up and moving and progressing at a good pace.
Is 2016 optimistic at this rate?

W-well.. the lighting, anyway.Hey, at least it will be used on XV...for now! lool
For the best, probably. I'd rather get a Birth By Sleep than a Dream Drop Distance.HeelPower said:You better completely forget that KH3 exists.
Think of this as sort of a VersusXIII kinf of deal.It will probably release 2 years after FFXV,optimistically.
