I am getting a Vita next month and i defiantly want a handheld version as well so i might just grab the PS3 verison and wait till i get the Vita, anyone know if it will have the "transfarring" shit or whatever?

Apparently Vita is a different, non-open-world game, so I don't think it has any crossplay.

I kinda don't mind the non-open world aspect of the 3DS version so long as the basics are the same, if I got the open world 360 version I would jsut spend all my time fart assing around..I am the Batman!!

Looking forward to your impressions. The vita version of Harry Potter wasnt great. They cycled the same short music clip over and over in every level, and the cinematics were super compressed and quite terrible looking. I want to get this on vita, but not if it gets the same treatment.

Okay, I'll look out for those especially. Mind you, I've never played a handheld version of the Lego games aside from the free Harry Potter 1-4 iPad version,

I'll definitely look at the 3DS demo and Vita version side by side. I should have the Gamefly copy by Wednesday at the earliest.

Lego Batman 1 was a fun little platformer, and if that's any indication about this game's quality, then you'll love LB2.

amazon and other retailers got a code to unlock damian (for PS3 and 360 at least). It is not yet known if you can unlock the pre-order characters via other means.

I swear I remember a quote from the developers of these games before the 3DS came out saying that the 3DS was powerful enough to directly port the Wii version of the LEGO games onto it.

I was so excited when they said that, but my disappointment was severe when I found out the POTC game was just an up-port of the damn DS version.
