The new Deus Ex games have good standalone DLC.

I didn't like how Human Revolution shoehorned The Missing Link into the middle of the story, but gameplay-wise it was a lot of fun. System Rift, for Mankind Divided, was also great fun and, with a small new neighborhood to explore, had a good balance of exploration and combat. Haven't played A Criminal Past yet but the desert prison environment is refreshingly new and it's supposed to be very good.

People like you hyped Old Hunters up so much and it wasn't that great. It was good for sure, but Artorias though. I would kill for Demon's Souls DLC.

Oh no! Somebody likes something different!

DaS1 DLC was great. Especially Artorias, Sif, and Kalameet. I just happen to like the Old Hunters more.

As far as DeS, I'd rather have a PS4 remaster with a new meaty expansion pack or two. I'd finally be able to retire my PS3. DeS is still my favorite Souls game.
