Yeah, just saw this. I think this is the first time this has happened? There are some games that don't work on either PSP or Vita (Pocket Fighter being the biggest one), but never one that worked on Vita but not on PS3.
My guess is this ties in to the rumors that we are getting PS1/PS2 classics on PS4 with trophy support, meaning that Sony is allowing companies to go in and make changes to code for the first time.

Kinda odd it isn't PSP compatible though unless...licensing or something about the game leads to CFW or some crazy shit.
It's sort of a Zelda clone mixed with a third person shooter.
Have you ever played a 3D Zelda title? It's like that but with MegaMan.
