Also took the liberty of blurring some of it, just to give it that accurate feel.
lol, PS3.
A big MEH. I really love the second one. Franchise had so much potential. Damn you Capcom.
Screens look ok, but the main character needs a helmet or something when he's outside. Running around an ice planet with your head exposed looks really dumb.
What're the chances this'll feel, say, more like rote TPS than Lost Planet?
Probably sadly quite high. At least LP1/2 felt rather unique.
Lost Fracture Planet.
Oh, there you are. I was wondering where you were.
Over/Under on this selling even worse than LP2?
Co-op is confirmed, just not for the story. No CO-OP = Rent instead of purchase at best.....
Obligatory "It looks just like Gears of War" post.
Seeing it in person, it really is one of the best looking UE3 games from a third party studio. Not sure if it was a PC version being shown but we were told it was not.
As good as Asura's Wrath and Arkham City?
Yeah the game actually looks pretty damn good but I'm pretty sure this isn't going to be nearly as interesting as the previous LP games from a gameplay point of view.Graphically doesn't look bad.
But I was never overly concerned about the graphics.
Is Asura's Wrath that good looking? I've only played the demo btw.
About the graphics of the game, it looks good for a third party UE3 game but the big question is how stable the frame-rate is and how well the game animations are.
Either way we're looking into a game from a C-tier studio so it will probably be best to keep our expectations low.
Gotta add more randomness!
Uh, no. He's good though.Best director in this generation, don't diss.

Nice! They've decided to go back to their roots from the first game instead of copying other generic military shooters. Day 1 Buy.
Hans Gruber is that you?
By having a completely people work on it, by having a new cast, first person in mech and having a open world.
best thread in weeks
We've already had Lost Planet on MT Framework 2.0:
Cautiously optimistic in this. Giving dead rising to a western dev gave really good results.
Nigel Thornberry but with smaller nose?
