It doesn't appear to have been mentioned in either this or last week's PR, but a few days ago XSeed started a sale on a few games in NA until the 25th. The games in sale are the two Sernan Kagura games and Popolocrois.

3DS Generations is supposed to be bad, right? I'll probably be getting Sonic 2 3D.

Finally a decent sale on Generations 3DS, been wanting to replay that for a while.

Also, for anyone thinking about possibly purchasing Rise of Lyric for a laugh, keep in mind that they patched out the best glitch (Knuckles' super jump).

3DS Generations is supposed to be bad, right? I'll probably be getting Sonic 2 3D.

It's not bad, but it clearly cuts corners in places. Classic Sonic's first three levels have their layouts literally ripped from the Genesis games, and the two Sonic Adventure-themed zones have some REALLY irritating level design at certain parts. The majority of the game is pretty good though, I especially liked how they reused the special stages from Sonic Heroes but made them actually fun and not uncontrollable garbage.

"bad" is a bit of an overstatement, but it's not as fun as the console versions since classic & modern feel a bit too similar at times (really, it's just that modern can boost, classic can't) & doing those missions is tedious because for the most part, they can only be unlocked by play coins.

....it also only has Sonic Rush representing handhelds & is the only exclusive "game" in the 3DS version. But for $12, it's an alright game worth checking out if you want to see how they did certain stages like Casino Night Zone, Mushroom Hill, Radical Highway, etc. since it has stages not in the console versions.

Errrrr.. Any reason in particular why there is hardly anything on sale in Europe this week? (Even compared to the usual meagre offerings.)

Does all stars racing have a single player mode with a hub world like DKR or Crash?
It's less a hub world & more a map where you earn stars to unlock more missions, which in turn unlocks more characters & "mods" which let you change the stats of a character like being more speed focused or better control. I spent waaaaay more time in that compared to Grand Prix or whatever.

Buddy & Me looks like Rayman games but is it just an endless runner? I know my gf would LOVE the art style.

I am actually intrigued by Defend My Crypt. Anyone picking that up?

So why did Nintendo list Humanitarian Helicopter on their website for free before jacking it to $10 (US)/$12 (Canadian)?

Likely a mistake on Nintendo's part. Was never free, just likely never entered the price and the website "assumed" it was free. Kinda like how release dates of future eShop games aren't always accurate there either.

For someone with an EU Wii U system. Can you do me a favor? Can you see if Hot Rod Racer (my new game) is listed as on sale? With a "Sale" thing and everything?

Thanks, I may end up grabbing it too. It does sound interesting, and I like Mushroom Hill Zone.

It doesn't have to be special but something along the line of the New 3ds XL Monster Hunter Generations that is out right now.

To answer your original question, yes there is a Pokemon Sun/Moon New3DS XL bundle: http://m.store.nintendo.co.uk/new-n...aleo-and-lunala-limited-edition/11316755.html

Edit: Wait shit, that one actually doesn't include the game preinstalled. That's fucking weird.

I guess it's to make you shell out more for the steelbook + figurine console bundle.

Any word on releasing Endless Ocean on Wii VC?

Damn, the eShop went down for me just when I started to redeem some of my My Nintendo points.

Hopefully the maintenance or whatever is going on is over fast.

FWIW every game-specific New3DS bundle has included the game preinstalled, don't count on there being a normal 3DS/2DS bundle though.

This is not correct. You have a Black Knight avatar, and Fates wasn't preinstalled on the FE n3DSXL, for example. You should know that with that avatar. :p

It's actually reasonable that it's not installed, since not everyone wants digital. Also, with Fates not being installed on the n3DSXL system, it allowed using the BB sale to get $5 each off the Revelation and Maps bundle with the purchase of one of the base games.

I just found out Majora's Mask is out on Wii U VC in Europe...any idea when it will hit North America? I've had it sitting in my Wii VC for a year but I'm waiting to play it with the game pad.
