95% of the time yes. If you see someone actively/seriously calling people out as "SJW" you can probably dismiss them and their opinions.

Browsing some threads about this on /v/, they don't seem to know any more about it than we do. More people there are saying it's a false flag, of course, but it wasn't some kind of concerted effort by the board. 4chan does have mods and they do delete threads about doxxing, invasions, etc.
