Just PSV really, after the MH betrayalaton. And not specifically for Nintendo either, maybe back to the safety of PSP like God Eater 2.

Well, Shining Blade was never rumored for Vita. Though, apparently the Famitsu article on it lists Vita as a platform alongside PSP. However, SB's website only lists PSP.
