If you have more free time than money buy it, but I didn't pay much more than that and felt like the game was just wasting my already limited time to play games. It does look good though.
because it has been, for some reason Sony/Publishers are very adamant on not putting anything thats not current on sale.

IMO no. The story isn't very good and the game is boring.
Its very pretty but its not even a very good 5 hour cinematic adventure.
If your like trophies it might be worth it. Easy Platnium

That's exactly what I'm doing, whenever I get a PS4 I'll have stuff to play if not they can carry over to next gen when things are slow.
