INFORMATION ON EARLY ACCESS BUGS
[UPDATE]
Hi, Rise of Incarnates fans. Hopefully you’ve had a chance to join us for the first few days in our Early Access period. But we know it’s been difficult for some of you to play given some of the technical issues we’re facing. We want you to know that we’re hard at work addressing these issues and will continue to make improvements to correct them.

The top 2 issues our players are facing are:

Connectivity issues
DirectX 11 issues
[CONNECTIVITY ISSUES]
We are currently experiencing connection issues.The following list is a detailed breakdown of what to do for each error code:

9000, 9009: Restart the game by clicking on Play in the Steam Library.

12002, 12007: Please check that your network connection is working correctly.

1261 : Please leave some time before restarting the game.

9001, 10060: These bugs are currently under investigation. Please continue to help us diagnose the problem by reporting your specs and bugs. In particular please inform us of the follow details:

What was the last screen you saw before the error appeared?
Have you connected to the server before or not at all?
If you cannot connect to the game but have succeeded before, please inform us if retrying after waiting helps.
[DIRECTX ISSUES]
Your video card must support DirectX 11 and must satisfy the minimum requirements to play Rise of Incarnates. You will experience this error if your video card only supports DirectX 10.1. If your video card supports DirectX 11 and you still receive a related error, please review your video card settings or contact the support team.

Unfortunately technical problems are bound to be a part of the Early Access period and we sincerely thank you for playing during this initial ‘bumpy road.’ We promise to continue to improve the performance of the game as best we can, as well as bring you a consistent flow of exciting new content for you to enjoy. You can continue to help us by reporting any technical issues you have to our support staff.

Tried playing this but it's just so demanding. Even with the settings in their lowest my laptop could barely get 40 FPS. Hope it becomes better optimized with time.
