Nice. I was watching it yesterday but for some reason I was 20 seconds or more behind the streaming, so some of my bets didnt registered.

I like it. It's much cleaner than before, you can see the health bar of P2 behind the twitch logo, and there's invisible round glitch.

Also, Amber Lamps is one of my favorite characters now. Whoever designed it is a genious.

Salty also just instated a new bot called Waifu4u. If you type '!author' it tells you who made the characters currently fighting. Pretty helpful if you want to find certain ones.

I signed uo last month, went Illuminati, then lost interest a bit. But when I do go on, I can get hooked. I can hear the OBAMA shout in my head as we speak. If you go on during peak times and Sandstorm comes on, the chat is mental. A good round 5 hype with a clutch win is great. The odd upset where dreams come alive.

I sent in a new batch of characters/music but I think I didn't get it in early enough (My filehost said it wasn't downloaded), oh well.

Glad to see some decent KOF characters now, much better than all the AOF potatoes last update.

edit: Looks like they increased starting payouts too. I'm starting at $1269 now instead of 750ish.

Update times are a really good time to bet if you're in the mines, since people don't know much about the new characters for a good 2 or 3 weeks. I was stuck in the below 10k limbo hell for a while and now I'm back over 70k.

Though I guess the SB site is having connection issues for some right now. Haven't been able to bet for the past hour or so.

We got some great match ups. This certainly improved the previous system.

Lame circlejerk voting and the voting glitch aside, it was nice to watch a Shaker that wasn't Akuma/Mother/Barney every other match. If Salty works out some of the kinks this could go very well.

He also added an automatic retiering after a 3 w/l streak and B tier is now first to win 2 rounds.

I have to say these changes are pretty awesome.

Interesting; his algorithm for who's on deck can have alot of replays (which is good to get a good look at the character from many angles) can get out of control.

Remixing the brackets is going to be different; there's no longer "decent enough" P bracket characters to put good money on to smear the truly atrocious characters.

Kinda cool on the B-tier thing; that starts to eat into some actually interesting matches. I wonder how bad the "I WANT OP ALL THE TIME!" crowd has really gotten as the thing ages.

Heads up, Salty is currently updating the system. Looks like tourneys are back and exhibitions will run all day. We don't have too many details at the moment, but it seems to be a big change.
