Unlikely, unfortunately. Bethesda had enough trouble negotiating with Sony. And we all know Nintendo's stance with anything online. I'd love to be wrong though, and if Nintendo and Beth played nice with one another. But then Nintendo needs a solid online platform.

Nintendo has allowed custom maps since the Wii.


Mods are another level but i don't see them interfering. They'll only point out bandwidth and storage limits.

I honestly can't see the reasoning behind people who are expecting Mass Effect Andromeda and RDR 2 to be running on Switch. Skyrim is possible, but those games are out of its league.

People should remember that Switch is basically a tablet.

The question is whether the Switch can run Frostbite 3

so uh

My interpretation:

"We want you to be in doubt you'll be able to get this on Switch. That way, you're more likely to get the remaster on PS4/X1/PC first. Then you'll have to triple-dip when we end up releasing it for Switch anyways!"
