Speaking of Ikuhara, why hasn't he made a boxing anime yet? He obviously loves using the sport as a recurring gag. One of his Goldfish Warning! episodes also had gratuitous boxing, not to mention the kangaroos and the penguins in later shows.
Usagi thinking outside the box and sacrilege mixed with ring action. This would have been the weakest Ikuhara episode yet were it not for the hilarious Engrish. It would have sucked to watch it dubbed.

I don't understand this line of thought. Often products are not competing with each other for sales, but competing among their targeted audience. OreShura might be smut anime, but it does a better job of being appealing to people who like smut anime. Tamako Market does not do a good job of appealing to the target audience who enjoy cute girls doing cute things, so they didn't buy it.
A show is only as good as its ability to connect with an audience.

Eh, it's alright. The battle system is simple and repetitive, and the plot isn't anything noteworthy. The rest of the game is a poor man's ripoff of Persona 3/4. How cheap is it going for?
But there's no smut in OreShura, it a tame harem anime. Da Capo and Vividred are the fan-service focused shows this season.

It's essentially waifu/husbando fanservice for TM-Fans. The gameplay is awful and the story is kinda shit.

Wow, it seems like it's been a couple of years, but I just noticed that Bakuman finally wrapped up. If Chihhayafuru is 99% card playing, I have to imagine that Bakuman ended up being 99% manga drawing (I would hope they resolved the premise of the entire series anyway though lol).
