It happened to me when connection had minifails, like for a second, I had it in Civ, no achievements, no playtime.
I would say if you're OCD about your playtime then don't rely on Steam to record it properly.

You should be able to register the eShop copy on the site. Worked with my digital copy of Luigis Mansion for the 4 for 3 deal in the summer. It will shop up on your club Nintendo account and just needs you to do the survey.
Not sure if mentioned too, but steam key for Fester Mudd from Groupees bundle is also available

Payday 2 is 29.99 for me.
It's a decent game that always teases you that there's a ton of hidden depth and complex systems in the game but never really reveals them to you. Most of the systems that are in the game are ankle deep in reality but there's enough randomness there to keep you on your toes and prevent it from being too easy.

Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the capability to make the world's first enhanced store. Steam will be that store. Better than it was before.
Just a heads up, it's still cheaper to buy an AMD code, assuming you want some of the other games. For $18 on eBay I picked up Saints Row IV, Dirt 3, and Thief (the new, unreleased one).
EDIT: Although, prices have gone up since then looks like they're about $25 now.
