In the uk and europe we have never had the explore page, even though it was promised and this update looks nice.
I don't think we will ever get it and its a real shame.

Most likely due to some advertising laws or something.

Shame its not custom OS themes. I miss the slick LCARS XMB I had on PS3 that I downloaded from one of the various PS3 theme sites through the console internet browser

The PS5 OS came in hot at launch, many bugs, they probably didn't want to deal with this, seeing as each game basically has its own wallpaper by default.
