This by a mile. There've been some amazing ones this gen but I still get chills from this.

Mass Effect 1 was definitely my favourite, with Uncharted 2's theme coming in second.
I also loved Deus Ex: HR's menu track.

But yeah, Uncharted with Nate's theme was the most memorable one for me and the easiest one I can recall from this generation.

I really enjoyed both Geometry Wars music in the arcade sense.

Castlevania - Lords of Shadow had a great start menu theme! I always waited until the part at 0:40 before loading my game.

Not the title theme, but after completing the game, I literally cannot think of a song that better captures the theme of a game, both literally and figuratively, while simultaneously capturing the mood, style and atmosphere so perfectly.

So good. Remember listening to the first 30 seconds of it or so and it really doing a great job of putting me in the sci-fi game mood. The Uncharted theme does a similar job with its music putting you into the mood for an epic adventure story.

Didn't even really like the game, but Halo 4's tracks on the main menu were pretty beautiful.
Mass Effect 1 and 2's main themes are amazing. Halo 3 and 4 were great but Halo Reach main themes were exceptional. The only problem is these soundtracks are so good, it's hard to say the main theme itself stand out.

Xenoblade probably wins it, but I gotta throw in the title theme from No More Heroes 2. Just this, a black screen, and an 8-bit Travis relaxing on a toilet. Nothing better to set the atmosphere of this game.
Wow, this far and while a couple mentions, no links to Skyrim's Menu theme? There was a time when this was almost inescapable on the internet it was so popular. Maybe oversaturation backlash...
My personal vote though goes for Mirror's Edge. Might be some personal bias there for it being my favorite game of the gen, but I loved the music throughout as well and the menu theme gives that perfect sort of understated but encompassing version fitting the mood (a lot like Deus Ex: HR's that's been mentioned a few times already)
