Following the news yesterday that The Last Guardian is still in development and that the trademark application was abandoned in error, new details from the USPTO show that Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC yesterday, on February 17, petitioned to revive abandoned application (U.S serial number 85700141, The Last Guardian):
The status page shows that the petition has been granted:
Kiphanie Radford, the attorney that is no longer with Sony (she works for Cobalt LLP) has yet to be revoked from this case, but proposed new attorneys for this are Lindsey Anne Mohle together with Senior Director Anthony Justman (who has been handling this from the start, he's also the signatory of the petition).
There you have it. Now we wait for E3... or TGS.
