Yeah, they stack. Activate the 14-day free trial first if you haven't, then redeem your codes. Right now my subscription expires August 27th by using the free trial, and then adding my and my mom's codes. Currently having other family and friends send codes to me, so I should be up to October at the very least.

Depends on the theater. I've sometimes cancelled a fandango purchase in theater and been given passes to come back and see any movie. Other times I was told to come back with the stub for that specific movie on the day I want to see it and they'll honor it.

I imagine the latter would be trickier at theaters with reserved seating.
