Anyone have info on the Jollibee's Scarborough location? Looks like a Nandos Chicken opened in the spot people were reporting Jollibee's was going to use @ 15 William Kitchen.

Kennedy Commons is a big complex so it might still be going in there. I might be stopping at the bank there today so I'll take a look.

Jesus. Christ. What kind of goddamn restaurant has line ups from 12-3pm ON A BLOODY MONDAY?!

I'll tell you which one, Maha's Fine Egyptian Restaurant.

Ordered a Honey Cardamon latte and the Basturma Scramble. Both were stellar. The latte was the perfect temperature and had just the right amount of sweetness to it. The scramble was incredibly good considering I wasn't expecting much. The spices and seasoning really give it character and it was something I'd never tried before. Highly recommended place but be prepared for a line up - weekends are even worse.

It was featured recently on Eater's youtube show Dining on a Dime. So I guess it still has that social media buzz.

I'm probably going to vote for Tory. Even though I'm a crazy left wing nutter, Tory has at least been stable. I'd rather not risk a vote split and just vote to maintain status quo.

Tory, despite sometimes doing a few dumb things here and there at least gets it. He understands the city and he's doing things for both left and right... even though I may not always agree.

I just don't want to risk another right wing nutter getting in. That shit needs to stop for good.

RoFo was the BEST mayor this city ever had! Don Cherry told me so! Because of him, we're getting the second longest subway stop in the WORLD. He put Toronto on the map, for crying out loud. What other Toronto mayor was interviewed on late night talk shows in the US? What other mayor was beloved by people from all walks of life including drug dealers and escorts?

DoFo needs to continue the legacy! I know who I'm voting for when election comes.

Unless he's going to run on his father's name and legacy, I don't see this happening. At least not until 2022 at minimum.
Unless Tory really fucks things up in the next couple years, I don't see Ford having much of a chance. He is not the charismatic train wreck his brother was. He's void of most of either really.

Which is probably why I still support a downtown congestion tax even though I know it's as likely as provincial or federal electoral reform. lol

Do you guys know when the Yorkdale Cheesecake Factory is supposed to open? On the Yorkdale Mall website all it says is "Fall 2017". Does anyone know of a more specific date?
