I've seen an American tourist on a Sydney bus wearing one of those hats. Someone flipped it off their heads at a stop and a fair portion of the bus laughed.

I can only imagine the thought process of someone who wears it in China...

This guy was trying to get a free upgrade from United or goad them into injuring him so he could sue them. What an asshole, he delayed that flight for over 3 hours. I'm surprised the crowd didn't attack him on sight as he was escorted off the plane. No one would have tried to stop them if they did.

My father's type 1 diabetic, when he's low on sugar he's a lot more irritable, but he's nowhere near that bad and tries to keep his mouth shut when he's in that state. It's the Trump Supporter bit that makes the difference. Low blood sugar is not an excuse for that type of behavior.
