Graphics tech is always evolving and advancing. What about all the other games that will come out around the same time? The next Assassin's Creed?

Holy shit even his chest hair is modeled and is affected by the wind lol.
His hair can get wet from water and changes visually.

Totally with you on that. I'd lap up that extra eye candy over 60fps, which personally does nothing to enhance my experience.
A pose is a set shape for your character that you can animate to and from. Different poses can be blended in an animation (e.g. you could have an open mouth pose and an angry eye brow pose, blend them and you have an angry drake with his mouth open, you can animate to different poses from this blended pose.)

I say the same damn thing. Give me all the effects and solid gameplay, scenarios at 30. If they have to make sacrifices like shaving off more of Chloe's butt just to make 60... I'll be upset.

True, obviously it's not uncharted without drake, sully and Elena but I'm sure Chloe will be as well.

ND tends to play with it's models quite a bit throughout development. Demo build could also be older than what was shown in the modeling presentation since it had to be polished up moreConfirmed ingame, watch the panel. (maybe they are still trying to to find the best portait and face to include in the final build).
