Well from the comic Grey seems focused on Saxton.
And people were talking about a horde mode type of thing...
That said, 'protecting saxton' just sounds wrong >.> as long as its in a 'dont let him get mad' type of thing.
That comic was pretty fucking amazing.
Seriously, I though we weren't getting anything from valve for a while because of the sleeping dogs update, but damn this is...
The "Smother you both" panel killed me for a while.
So I wonder if we're sort of at the TF2 Endgame. Not that the game will stop so to speak (way too much in hat sales to do that), but this is the final part of the "story," with, a final uneasy alliance against the robot invasion. I'd hoped they'd do something like that one day, but I figured it would be against the Announcer finally going rogue.Redmond and Blutarch dead
Wait...protect Saxton...3 teams...
Could THIS be the return of VIP escort mode?!?!?
So why hasn't anyone taken this to the next craziest step... Barnabas Hale looked mighty sad when Zephaniah's wife died during child birth. Blutarch and Redmond were two blundering blockheads prone to fighting that could really benefit from a shot of austrailium. Grey was a greedy conniving bastard, much like his greedy conniving bastard father.
Am I painting a obvious enough picture here?

But they were triplets.
But they were triplets.
What's the story with Hale? I read these comics on and off but why does Gray say that he is the only thing worth fighting over?

I may be reading a bit too into this, but could they be possible hinting at a Wii U version of the game? TF2 has always grabbed me as the perfect game for the system. We would have the option of using the Wii U controller, which by itself offers endless possibilities in regards to the screen, but we would also have the option of using the Wiimote, which is easily the best input device for FPS (as we've seen time and time again).
Not to mention the fact that the Wii U's online component will easily blow any of the current ones out of the water. I truly hope this is the case, because I just can't get into the PC version of the game. The concept seems fun, but the controls and non-user friendly interface pull me away every time. I know I'd be all aboard for a Wii U version
The hell is an ARG? Anyone got a link or something?
My theory is that G. Mann gets his incredible powers from Australium.
TF2 merging into the Half-Life universe would be incredible.

Horde mode hopefully, three-team maps just seem like it would be a clusterfuck.
Something else I'd like the point out when jph139 mentioned the Scout, Heavy, & Spy giving the Engineer a dirty look on the main TF2 page.
Those top secret rooms that you needed to noclip through, It was the Scout/Heavy in 1 room and a Spy in another.
If we're thinking about the same thing, that was Pauline.^I wonder if Gray was the one hiding in the Meet the Medic video ^^
