It's perfectly playable in single-player. In fact, you can unlock more AI partners, each with his or her own fighting style, as you play through the game.So the game isn't really made with single player in mind? Bummer.

I will buy a vita once I'll be able to play ps2 games on it.

Is there a finite amount of times that you can download/transfer a game on your Vita? I was planning on deleting some PSN games that I had on there to make room for some games I just bought but I don't want to screw myself over by not being able to redownload them in there future.
Well, it's not like you have to use AI partners. If you die in battle though, the AI partners are basically your second life. They can choose to save you (revive you at a cost to their remaining HP) or sacrifice you (use a strong spell against a monster). You'll definitely want some sort of partner for the majority of the game.AI partners? Oh god nooooo.
Glad you guys are excited but multi or AI partners? Can't think of a game that has ever required that, that I don't hate.

Nice thread.
It's going to be a mostly dead month for me until Soul Sacrifice comes out, but luckily I got the demo for it and Senran Kagura next week to keep me company until then.
Also, I approve of the Hikage import header.
It's a boss hunting game.
The first few levels will have you fighting small enemies, but most of them will involve you and a friend or two trying to take down a large monster in an enclosed arena (with smaller monsters also joining in the fight). You are rewarded with spells for completing missions and fulfilling certain objectives (spells are your weapons and items in this game).
The combat is fairly fast-paced and fluid. Much more so then MH.
The X button allows you to sprint, roll, and interact with things.
The L button allows you to lock on to monsters.
R swaps between your two spell loadouts (see below).
You can assign three spells of your choice to the square, triangle and circle buttons before missions. During combat, all you do to activate the spell is press the assigned button.
The effect of spells vary:
-Some activate immediately when you press the button.
-Some can be charged until you release the button for an amplified effect.
-Some transform you/arm you with a weapon.
-Some bestow a certain effect upon your for a limited time, like invincible rolls.
All spells have limited usage and eventually will become unusable. You can restore them through certain means, but I don't understand enough Japanese to give any specifics.
Once you kill a monster, you are given two choices to level yourself up:
-Press and hold L to Save a monster, boosting your Defense and Healing ability.
-Press and hold R to Sacrifice a monster, boosting your Attack.
You can focus on either or maintain a sort of balance between the two types of EXP.
There's more to it, but that's stuff you can look up on your own if the above interests you.
If you see something wrong or wish for something to be added, politely ask and I shall do so!
whoa Soul Sacrifice end in April? Sweet!

Muramasa Rebirth, the ultimate limited edition set ishere. This exclusive edition comes with a customdesigned PS Vita face cover, PS Vita Skin featuring artfrom the game, a PS Vita drawstring pouch and anMuramasa lithograph drawn by George Kamitani, creator of Muramasa Rebirth.
:/ This months sound like a huge wasteland with only MaxicoVania and Textures Sacrifice that might worth getting.
Sony,this is bad.
Saw it in one of the Muramasa threads a few days back. I'm planning on buying it digitally, but I want to get that LE set just for the lithograph. :/Has anyone reported this yet?
Muramasa Limited Edition
I skipped P4G limited edition set but this sounds pretty swank.
Shouldn't the latest FW update have to fix issues with NLKS?
Booted up that little fucker (PSN EU version) after a kinda long time just to play 20 minutes then had console freeze pressing the PS button, forced reboot, and game save corrupted with all progress lost (@ 4th princess) and no save data backup online because I thought it was automatic with PLUS, instead I had to choose which game I wanted to...
Not feeling to start over again...
Has anyone reported this yet?

I'm thinking of picking up a pinball game, and I've never really played before. Which of the two on the Vita is better -- Zen Pinball or Pinball Arcade?
I'm playing this now. Very beautiful on the Vita.Yea, New Thread. Just finished Machinarium, and it is such a great game. Makes me wish the other games the Developer has made would come over as well.

I don't think I will ever leave the wall.[/QUOTE]
and I thought I was doing good on my cutting back... I think my number is lower than the previous thread though so everyone else was just lower.
oh well my number should be down a bit for this month's thread as I have a job now :P
anyways the vita really needs an itadaki street game on it :/
Soul Sacrifice. I am excited for sure. I really am crossing my fingers for PSO 2 NA/EU.
Great thread, Grim! After the small fortune I spent in March, this month will probably be a lot lighter. Just Guacamelee and Soul Sacrifice for me. I've had this system for only 3 months, and already have a ridulous backlog - with more games still to be bought like Rayman, Persona 2: Eternal Punishment and Gods Eater Burst, just to name a few!
