Why are there so many women with tattoos?

I slept with this one girl who had a koi fish tattoo on her back. It was hot. For me it depends on what or where it is. Too many tattoos usually turn into a mess, but a moderate amount is sexy

The craftsmanship in the middle design is undeniable but I kind of hate the multiple perspectives of the face. It just doesn't work for me. Not a fan of the other two.
Art is totally subjective, so it's okay for tastes to vary. I'm mostly confused by someone stating with so much certainty that tattoos are basically signs of bad people.

But yeah...some tattoos are really fucking well done. Some look amazing in concept and placement. Some look really bad, but had personal significance to the wearer. It's all good. I've seen some bad tattoos with some really good stories attached. I've seen some genuinely beautiful pieces that you'd be proud to hang on a wall in your house. It really varies. I think back pieces have been some of the most memorable ones for me. That yakuza style back piece, while sadly reaffirming the one poster's thoughts of gangs, can be extraordinarily intricate, and convey stories in the process. I've come across a few ladies with full back pieces, that even cover both ass cheeks with half-sleeves. Like these ladies were committed. The right girl can pull it off too.

I've actually found that the people with the mish-mash of random tattoos strewn across their bodies actually have the most interesting stories, because instead of choosing something that looked epic or cool, they chose something that had a special meaning or moment attached to it, each time they added a new tattoo. So cohesion was never part of the intention, but rather honoring an important memory. They might later try to tie everything together with some filler artwork, but the random cartoon or sentence in random locations often make for more fun drunk stories.

What time is it?

Not worth wasting your time on. :)

I get that art is subjective and I'm in love with that tattoo, but I think I understand what they were attempting with the perspective and it kind of doesn't work. It's still lovely work though. I wish I had 1% of that talent level.

For some weird reason this doesn't look bad to me. Or does it?

?????

Maybe it's because of the underlying I'm me and I do what I want to express myself. I can respect that.

I think we all can at least agree face tattoos are a disaster. Imagine having someone like this guy in your life and trying to take them seriously in any face to face conversation. I’d never be able to do it.
Lashanda's fake booty is a good match for a couple.

I automatically move any girl I see with tattoos halfway up the skank meter. Other factors like tattoo location, artistic value, as well as facial piercings, and how much cleavage they have on display can raise or lower this measurement. Overall though, I just automatically assume anyone with a huge tattoo on display is just saying "I make impulsive, poor life choices, and have intentionally fucked my ability to get a high paying job that doesn't involve or drugs, a liberal arts degree, or giving other people tattoos."

I'd say 1 out of 1000+ people actually invest a lot of time, thought and money to get a super high quality, well designed tattoo. The rest just get something stupid like a band logo or a goddamned fairy\butterfly\kanji they can't even be sure is what they think it says.

Humans gonna human, for every cunt that doesn't like em, there's a cunt that's indifferent and a cunt that loves em, personally I'm glad the stigma around them is fading and dying away I mean what sorta asshole would judge a person on a piece of skin art especially in this day and age

I like em they’re fun. I recently got my first one from my shoulder down to my middle bicep. It’ll probably be the only one that I get, and I got it for self expression.

My girlfriend and I got ours at the same time. It took her a year to find an artist that she was comfortable with, she’s like a detective I swear. Overall we got some cool pieces done that we are happy with.

Real women with tattoos >>>>>>>> imaginary anime waifus.

But if this is how the anime waifu guys want to rationalise the hot women with tattoos not going near them then so be it.
Let me know when/if you get married to one and how it's going

I am not talking about if they're hot or not, but usually it subtracts from what they have.

9 years and counting.

It's actually concerning how judgmental and inexperienced (with life that involves actually interacting with real people) some people are proving to be in this thread. You've even got people saying it will prevent women from getting on in the corporate world, which is laughable considering what my wife does for work. It's not the 1950's anymore.

Ofcourse it depends on how the woman/girl looks as well as choice, placement and quality of the tattoo.

But in 80% it's big turn off.

Even on pornhub,

"Hey, she looks nice "clicks" see a tattoo, next"

And this goes for guys as well when they are all sleeved up; they emit a certain humble brag vibe or such.. hard to put into words

Disclaimer: if a gorgeous girl has tats and is super into me.. I can let it slide
So you never wanked on christy mack?

It’s the ultimate flex to show you have so much money that it doesn’t matter your face is covered with shit making you thoroughly unemployable.

The only good tattoo on a lady I've seen was a scrawny little cam model who had stick figures representing her family on the wrist under her palm.

It seemed tattoo saturation had peaked about 30 years ago and has stayed about the same since. Perhaps the part of the world you're in is catching up to the modern world, op.

Tattoos definitely arent taboo like they used to be; you'd actually have to go out of your way to find someone who didnt have them.

I dont mind tattoos so long as its not just random shit everywhere. If theres a cohesive theme going they can look killer; but more often then not its usually a bunch of random shit splattered all over the place and just looks like someone mentioned earlier, a bunch of detention center tables that have been drawn on.
