Why hasn't Bamco X Jump happened yet?

Bandai Namco is known for their Anime games. Inherited from Namco's original merger with Bandai in 2006, the company currently has the rights to iconic Anime and Manga properties, mainly hailing from Weekly Shonen Jump including One Piece, Dragon Ball, Naruto, My Hero Academia, among others. Bandai Namco has produced several Shonen Jump crossover fighting games before including the recently released Jump Force, which was met with mixed reviews.

Bandai Namco also is also known for its original properties as well, such as It's mascot Pac-Man, Soul Calibur, Tekken, the Tales series, God Eater, Dark Souls, Taiko Drum Master, and several others. With the rights to both well known anime licenses, and a rich history of homemade Characters under their belt, it begs the question, why hasn't a Jump Vs. Bamco fighting game happened yet. Bandai Namco could be doing a lot with their characters and licenses. Imagine Naruto vs Loyd Irving, or Goku vs. Jin, or Luffy vs. the Dark Souls protagonist. Bamco has the potential to make a game rivaling the Capcom Vs. series or Super Smash Bros. regarding crossover fighters, yet they haven't even bothered considering the idea.
