WWE will never clear this man to wrestle again in fear of him even remotely doing something that invokes the name Chris Benoit

To be frank I think that's a totally fine approach for them to take. Something like a Benoit situation shouldn't ever happen again. I do wonder just how sensitive to concussion issues WWE would've been if Benoit had only killed himself. He almost certainly would've been inducted into the Hall of Fame by now. He also would not have become this weird thing that WWE dances around and tries to forget.
