Update to the Activity Feed

• The interface will change to a single column scrolling list that is longer and includes more content.
• The ability to post messages to your feed, and to “like” and comment on feed items.
• You can share game clips and anything else in the feed with friends either publicly or privately.
• You'll be notified when anyone likes, comments on or shares your items.
• Each user will get a personal feed on their profile, so you can see what specific friends have posted to their activity feeds.
• With SmartGlass, you can see what your friends have shared to their activity feed and “like” specific posts.

Mobile purchase

• Using Xbox SmartGlass or on Xbox.com, you can remotely purchase games and Add-on content.
• If your Home console is set to “Automatically download updates and purchases”, your console will begin downloading your purchase.

Low battery notification

• A new notification will pop up when your controller battery is getting low.

Disable notifications during video

• The ability to turn off each of the notifications types so that they will not pop-up during video playback.

Enabling 3D Blu-ray

• An update to the Blu-ray player app will enable 3D Blu-ray functionality on Xbox One.

Last seen time in Friends list

• The friends list will now show how long it’s been since a friend has been online. For example, "Last seen 20m ago: Forza Motorsport 5.”

OneGuide

• For users who have an issue with the OneGuide channel lineup, there is a new feature used to report the issue.
  Go to Settings, TV & OneGuide, Troubleshooting to Report a OneGuide Problem.

I stopped playing D3 on PC as soon as the XB1 version was announced so I didn't burn myself out. After playing Destiny last weekend I'm debating if D3 is worth picking up now. It will be hard to play anyhthing else once Destiny drops.

Only if you have the Beta Smartglass which is only on WP/Android AFAIK. I have an iPhone, which doesn't have access to Beta Smartglass where that feature exists currently as it is in beta.

I think after the spotty live issues they should make the network more aware or intuitive. When live goes down it breaks alot of things on One unless you know how to put it in offline mode. The 360 did something similar and someone said steam behaves similarly.

Yeah if it's coming out in August I don't expect it anytime before the last week now. I know some indies just drop on us without warning (Outlast), but a game as big as Minecraft I'm sure we will know the exact date when it is releasing. I think?

Just got another console update. Still no more friends tab, wondering when and who will have it. On second look it seems I may be a wave behind, 120729 right now.

Decisions for the sales. Does the community want links to sales, or just text? I and to strip all links for the last thread since I hit the 24,000 character limit. If I bump them to another post I should have enough to link them all month long. Or I can dump expired sales and only link current sales. Both have their merits. The idea of expired sales is kind of nice as a record. Obviously having links is nice too.
