I thought they would pull more from the Xbox brand, not less, after that letter Satya sent to his employees. Their signalling on that front is confusing.

The average person hears "Xbox" they're not thinking of a music or video service, better late then never to change the name
I also just see MS leaving this music streaming service all together, they have way too large a hill to climb, especially with Apple Music out now

Not sure but it's on iTunes and Amazon and not on Microsoft's own music service.
Yup, this is basically where I'm at... if you can't get your own goddamn OSTs up on your service reliably, then what's the point?

Go to https://music.microsoft.com/ then hit the Gear towards the top right. Choose feedback. You're right they should have a twitter account.
