Xbox One X Enhanced Games - Full List of Titles and Details

So i just ordered quantum break and rise of the tomb raider. Icing on the cake is i was gifted amazon money for my birthday. I just finished dead rising 4 and had a blast with that.

What should i move onto first? Im not going to bother with the tv show download for quantum break, 200 gigs or whatever is to much space and time for my liking lol.

Guys, jumped on the X bandwagon yesterday. I have Doom and it looks superb but I am a little confused. I know the enhanced patch is not out yet, but how does it currently compare to the PS4 version and does it run better on the X than the S?

In its current un-enhanced form, are there any improvements because it looks and runs great.

Should keep a better framerate, should hit 1080p, and it'll have better AF.

After all those awesome screenshots. I picked up Injustice 2 decided to just go for the one that came with everything. As it was still $60 dollars off.

Looking forward to playing it after lunch.

Nice enjoy it! On thanksgiving, that game stole the show as my cousins and I battled it out. They were blown away by the graphics and gameplay and for a fighter has a ton of content.

Im not a big fan of open world or assassins creed games, but this title really has cemented itself as one of the best looking games I have ever played, and has the gameplay to back it up. A must own if you have the X. And these are 1080p screens.....

I picked this up too and it looks great, but...man, I am horrible at fighting games. I was failing hard during the counter section of the tutorial. Am I in for a difficult time in story mode? I am not even going to try multiplayer, that would be ugly.

Stunning screen shots. Cheers for sharing. You just made the wait to get my X all the more difficult :p

I don't understand why Battlefield 1 is not in the list, EA has a good relationship with MS and PS4 pro already has a patch. I know there were rumours that there will be a patch, but the truth is that it even doesn't appears in the list.

I just had a mate send me through an email requesting some game suggestions for his new Xbox One X console.

I only own the second gen Peasant Box One, so I thought that I'd pass on the question to my superior gaming brethren. Now that you guys have had your Xbone X's for a bit, what games with enhancements/patches show off the system best?

Forza 7, Rise of the Tombraider, Gears 4, Titanfall 2, Quantum Break and even Homefront: The Revolution imo.

Maybe I didn’t pay attention, but I thought it was possible to play 4K downscale to 1080p on a he monitor?

Wish Rebellion would do a patch for the Xbox x for Sniper Elite 4. 🧐

Even though there’s no One X update, the game runs way better. No screen tearing, no weird shadows and a steady (however only 30 FPS) framerate.

Is Tekken 7 going to get a update?

Hopefully they will update it, but even if they do, 4K is probably off the table for that game. I picked up the PC version this weekend and I was surprised at how poorly it ran at 4K on my i7/GTX 970, even with all the bells and whistles turned off. 60fps just isn't doable and I would imagine they will stick with that fps target. I had to drop it to 1440p to get 60fps so I'm guessing the X would target that res or use checkerboard rendering.

So my Xbox One X pulled this on me. Should I be worried? I quick fast travel removed the graphic problem, but I’ve also seen it in battlefront 2. Only one in each game where I have clocked over 12 hours in each.

You playing Stranger Things? I don't know if that would even be a hardware problem, would it? Maybe trying uninstalling/installing the games again?

Oh man I have a bad feeling that FFXV is going to look and play wonderfully.

It's a bad feeling because I don't want to shell out the cash for an XB1X and another copy of FFXV.

I honestly think that games like Halo 5 and Gears 4 look better than almost anything came out this year with the enhanced patches. For reference, I think Halo 5 blows Destiny 2 out of the water imo. Making this comparison since they're both sci fi fps with other things in common as well.

Gears 4 is absolutely mind-blowing. Got back into the multiplayer after I got the new console and is nothing short of amazing.

Regarding new games I'm playing right now, Assassin's Creed Origins and SW Battlefront 2 are pure graphics porn.

Check out Ghost Recon: Wildlands. It will not disappoint. Everything is so crisp.

Stranger things? What’s that? A mission in the game?

On pc if your gpu overheats you get stuff like that happening.

My machine shouldn’t overheat where it stands though. Never had the problem on my other machines.

Well he said after 12 hours of play but not sure if it was consistent play periods. If so that very well could be the problem.

It was a total playtime, not in a row :)

Yeah I had some friends round for a dinner yesterday and the game was perfect for after dinner entertainment. A lot of fun and it looks amazing a lot of gasps at how good the graphics were.

Yeah some of the systems were hard to grasp and it will take me a while to work some of them into my play through.

Storymode offers good difficulty options. I'm playing through on medium for a first run through. and yeah I'm avoiding online for now haha

So I just got a 4k TV and just playing some Rise of the Tomb Raider. Before the TV I just put it on performance mode and playing in up to 60fps mode was great. Now on the new TV I put it on the enriched visuals mode, and I'm conflicted

On one hand, it looks great in 4k with enriched visuals but on the other hand, I do miss the higher framerate.

What's everyone else's preference

Framerate above everything else.

When there is a choice:

Quality/Performance/Framerate > Visuals/30fps

That's an overheating issue.
Make sure your Xbox is well ventilated.
If it is, then contact Microsoft.

Not sure if this came up, but has anyone tried the original Titanfall on the X? I’m curious if it would improve anything with framerate or screen tearing in that game. I know it would really need an X patch for that, but perhaps the console’s power can still have some effect on the performance of the game.

So I picked up a 50" 4k HDR TCL set for 300 from target today. First time playimg my x1x on a 4k set. Coming from a 1080p LG OLED. Obviously the color and contrast of the OLEd are significantly better but i must say I was floored by the improvement in clarity and HDR impact. I am now selling my oled to get a mid to high end led. Here are some shots I quickly snagged in the 4k glory. Man ive gamed on my 4k pc monitor but on a 50" its a whole other level. Gears 4 blew me out of my seat.
