PS3: Sonic Generations - As you can tell from my avatar, huge fan of the series, so it felt like a great love letter to anyone who grew up with the franchise :').

PS2: Ratchet and Clank: Up Your Arsenal - This is up there with my top 10 games of all time. Fantastic soundtrack, great combat system, awesome weapons to play with and a story that always makes me laugh. Amazing game all around .

Nintendo Wii: Super Mario Galaxy - This game made me want a Wii, so when it finally came out and not only lived up my expectations but suppressed them really made me happy. Best 3D Platformer of that generation :').

Nintendo Game Boy Advance: Sonic Advance 2 - Grew up with this one and I loved how fast the game felt. Granted, the game has a few flaws but I really enjoyed this one.

Nintendo DS: Kirby's Canvas Cruse - This game is the example of what you can do with the touch screen for a traditional game. Between fluid controls, a nice art style, streamless transition from standard Kirby gameplay and a great soundtrack all made this one of my favorite DS games ever made.

Nintendo 3DS: Kid Icarus Uprising - After Other M, I thought Nintendo paired with story/VA was like mixing Jelly with Rat Acid; things that should never mix X(. But after playing this early this year, it showed me that Nintendo can make some great stories alongside having some of the best VA's in gaming. The gameplay being fantastic, the controls being surprisingly smooth and the visuals being some of the best on the console was just icing on the cake for me .

PlayStation Vita: Tearaway - This is the game that every Vita owner should play, as the game shows everything the Vita can do. Not only that, but paired up with a great visual style, lots of charm and heart, and a great soundtrack all lead to one of the best games Sony produced on the platform.
