Well sure, but I got Sam & Max seasons 2 and 3 a while back, before I was participating in any backlog thread, so I didn't get any negative score for them. In this case it would make a big difference how I count them. I guess I'll go with +1 per season...

Both are great. I finished Max3 last year and it was one of the most intensive game I've ever played.
Splinter is very interesting and very hard game. I'm playing it now. Besides it is a long game. 15 hours and still playing. Max3 is shorter - finished in 10 h.

I'll be tackling ICO, Shadow of the Colossus, Resident Evil 4, Ratchet and Clank 2: Going Commando, The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher's Bay, and DOOM 3 over the next few months.

I am making exceptions for PS+ games though, since it will probably take me a couple of years to get to my 2012 and 2013 games at the pace I am going. I'll mix in a PS+ game that I really want to play every now and then.

Feb was a total wash for me: nothing bought, nothing finished. I had some travel, but really I totally got sucked in to playing a bunch of 'unfinishable' games: DOTA2, a lot of Civ V + Xpacs, and a bit of Diablo 3. At the same time I started many games and also gamed more hours than I have in a long time so I could blow through a lot this month if I keep playing as much and keep DOTA/Diablo at bay.

I filled out my backloggery with the games that aren't packed away in boxes: 96. If I dig through my retro collection and add games I have an interest in a full run through of I'm sure I'm over 100. Its also hard to keep track of XBLA/PSN games I may have bought and forgot about.

I've decided to keep my preorders from last year (4 games), but otherwise I think I'm going to try and avoid buying much of anything this year, maybe one more game in the fall. That will help me bust through the backlog. The first of those preorders is on the way this month tho (FFX HD collection. Never played either).

I finished Prince of Persia: TSoT, yesterday. I am little disgusted. Not for gameplay or graphics in hd, but audio. Audio in this game is a joke. Echo like in bathroom, sound problems. Besides very good platform game. After that I am going to start Devil May Cry original trilogy. I never play in DMC 1-3. Time to change this. Warrior Within and Two Thrones I'll start in the next month after inFamous:SS.

- 03/25:
• Toukiden (Vita) beaten: I didn't expect to like it so much. I preordered the game just because it was cheap and nothing else (the demo didnt say much to me). Both graphics and gameplay are decent, and the soundtrack is great. I would like to thanks the developers for making it more direct and not as tedious as monster hunter (which is my gripe with it).​
- 03/23:
• Beyond Two Souls (PS3) beaten: I liked it. Great soundtrack (i'm downloading it right now), amazing graphics, lots of feels and average controls (the scenes where you have to guess what direction to push with the right stick can go fuck themselves, because they are supposed to be intuitive but most of them are not). And I had a strange experience with the game: sometimes i had to force myself to play it, because i felt like i was too emotionally involved with Jodie and i didn't want to fail (feeling encouraged by the scenes without prompts i mentioned earlier), and the best way to avoid that would be not playing anymore.

I have yet to play the dlc included in the special edition, and maybe i'll watch another ending, because i'm not particularly excited with the one i chose:

The Walking Dead Season 2 Episode 2 is beat but I'm counting this as one game once the whole season is done, not sure why. My copy of South Park wasn't delivered in time so I played this 1 night since I was just waiting around.

Still waiting days later, I started Saints Row 4.

South Park arrived. Batman: Arkham Origins also went on sale so I bought that.

Saints Row 4 plus DLC beat just now. It was great, hitting level cap kind of kills the fun though.

The continual slide into backlog oblivion...continues. Birthday came and went, and with it new games for the backlog. Also picked up a couple of cheap games because obviously I don't have enough. I'm also picking up Second Son day 1 since I could actually use another PS4 game.

Finished Xillia, also started and beat Stick of Truth because it's really short. I liked it a lot, but I definitely wouldn't have been happy if I had paid the $60 for an RPG of that length. Started Mario 3D Land, but that's mostly to fill the time until Second Son. Good news is I'm taking a week's vacation from work after it comes out(just happened to work out that way), so hopefully I can make some progress on the backlog then.

Finally managed to finished MH3U Moga Village Low Rank quest. As with Toukiden, I consider it done but I will played for some more. This month I only bought Luftrausers (I count Dark Souls 2 as 2013 purchase as I preordered it), but the game is very arcade in nature, thus I wouldn't count it toward backlog (it's great really).

Also finished with Machinarium, really amazing steampunk-ish puzzle adventure game. The puzzles are legitimately hard, as I complete many of them using the answer.

I really need to managed my gaming time on some games as Nier somehow pushed back into backlog limbo.

This month I tried to participate in a "beat 20 games in March" challenge on Backloggery. I started off really strong, but then Spring Break ended and I needed to make plans to start moving, so I had to put the challenge to the wayside at the halfway point. Even so, the progress I managed to make pushed me into the positive so far for the year. I dunno how my gaming progress is going to go for April (I know I have to beat Witch and the Hundred Knight and I really should finish Drakengard 2, but who knows), but hopefully I'll stay in the positive. :)
